Exchange & Return Policy

At Hadllah, all abayas are made-to-order based on the customer’s selections (size / color / details). لذلك، we do not accept exchanges or returns due to a change of mind or sizing preference after the order has been produced. The only exceptions are cases of defects or orders that do not match the agreed specifications.


Cases Covered by Exchange / Repair / Return

The customer may request a resolution in the following cases:

  • A manufacturing defect in the abaya.
  • The abaya is not made according to the confirmed order specifications (e.g., different color / size / design details as stated in the order).
  • Receiving a different item due to a preparation or shipping error.

Reporting Timeframe

  • Within 24 hours of delivery: For clear errors or shipping damage (with clear photos).
  • Within 7 days of delivery: For manufacturing defects or mismatch (with photos/videos showing the issue).

Resolution Process

After receiving the claim and reviewing the details, we will proceed with one of the following:

  • Repairing the defect, or
  • Re-making / exchanging the item depending on the case, or
  • Issuing a refund if repair or re-production is not possible.

Shipping & Fees

  • If the issue is due to Hadllah’s error or a manufacturing defect, Hadllah covers all shipping fees.
  • If the order is correct and matches the specifications, we do not accept exchange/return requests based on personal preference (e.g., changing from “zipper” to “buttons” after production).

Refunds

Once the return is approved, and the item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the same payment method within 5–10 business days (timing may vary depending on the bank/payment provider).


Required Condition to Accept a Claim

The abaya must be:

  • Unused in a way that alters its original condition.
  • Not washed or modified, and with all tags and packaging (if available).
