Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Hadllah Abayas, we aim to deliver your orders as quickly as possible with the best care, and we work with approved shipping partners within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days from the date the order is confirmed. Processing time does not include official holidays or peak seasons.


Shipping Time

After the order is prepared, it will be shipped through the carrier. Delivery time varies by city and is usually 2–5 business days within Saudi Arabia.


Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout before payment.
  • Fees may vary depending on the city or the selected shipping company.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent via SMS or email so you can track your shipment status.


Delivery Address

  • The customer is responsible for entering the delivery address correctly and accurately.
  • If the address is incorrect or the customer cannot be reached, Hadllah Abayas is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries, and the customer may be charged re-shipping fees.


Delays or Shipping Issues

If any delay occurs beyond our control due to the shipping company or external circumstances (such as weather conditions or peak seasons), we will follow up on the shipment and provide the necessary support.


Receiving the Order

Upon delivery, please ensure the package is in good condition before accepting it. If there is visible damage, report it to the shipping company immediately and contact us within 24 hours.
